Marina Neophytou –Director

Marina Neophytou joined the Home for Cooperation in January 2014. She holds a BSc in Operational Research/Management Sciences and an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the University of London School of Economics and Political Sciences in London. Her previous experience includes Managing Director at GMT+2 Media, co-founder and president of the Urban Gorillas NGO Board; Cyprus, Head of Online Lead Generation at Omnicom Media Group; London, Consultant at Towers Watson; London and Operational Research & Techniques tutor and teaching assistant at the LSE; London. Her experience lies in project management, digital performance media, communications, strategic campaign management, human capital and strategic rewards consulting. Marina is passionate about community building projects, multi-cultural participation and the use of creative means in bringing people and ideas together. Being an active member in several networks, she has been participating in finding and researching ways to boost the value of Arts and Culture across Europe through professional networking and collaborative projects.

 

Lefki Lambrou - Program Officer

Lefki Lambrou joined the Home for Cooperation in January 2014. She studied Political Sciences and Public Administration, Public Relations and holds an MBA. She is a talented and professional individual and a very active member of the civil society for many years. She is involved in many bi-communal initiatives such us Agridaki Youth Initiative, What's On Cyprus and Cycling Across Cyprus with the aim to allow all communities to engage and have the opportunity to share, communicate, meet and present their culture, history and new projects.   An emotionally intelligent individual who can relate to people from different backgrounds, ages and culture.
